1. The service

Real Verticals is a web application that generates short-form video scripts for real estate professionals. It produces local market report scripts, property spotlight scripts from an address or listing link, and evergreen buyer and seller content topics. Each script is generated with artificial intelligence based on the inputs you provide.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract, and if you sign up on behalf of a brokerage or company you confirm you have authority to bind it. You must provide accurate information, keep it current, keep your login credentials confidential, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Real Verticals in accordance with your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer the service, resell or redistribute access, or circumvent technical or usage limits (including trial script limits).

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Real Verticals. In particular, you must not:

• use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam or deceptive marketing;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights;
• interfere with security or availability, including malware, probing, scanning, scraping or automated bulk access;
• generate illegal content, hate speech, harassment, deepfakes or impersonations of real people or brokerages, malware, or content that violates fair housing or real estate advertising laws;
• attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject or otherwise bypass the safety controls of our AI models.

5. AI content, inputs and outputs

You are responsible for the prompts, addresses, listing links and files you submit, and you confirm you have the rights to use that material — including MLS data, listing photos and property descriptions. You are responsible for how you use generated scripts, including verifying accuracy and complying with MLS rules, brokerage policies, advertising disclosure requirements and fair housing law before publishing.

As between you and us, you own the scripts you generate, and we retain ownership of the service and all underlying software, models, prompts and branding. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your inputs and outputs solely to operate and support the service.

Accuracy: AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, including listing details pulled from third-party sites and market or news claims. Scripts are drafting aids, not legal, financial, tax or professional real estate advice, and must be reviewed by you before use.

Moderation and takedowns: we may filter, refuse, restrict or remove content and outputs, and suspend accounts, where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken. If you believe content generated or hosted through the service infringes your rights, email info@gladmash.com with details and we will investigate; repeat infringers lose access.

6. Plans, payment and subscriptions

Real Verticals offers a 2-day free trial limited to 10 generated scripts, after which a paid subscription is required. Paid plans are $27 per month or $270 per year, billed in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may exclude taxes, which are calculated by our reseller.

Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle and governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. You can cancel at any time through the link on your Paddle receipt or by emailing us; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

7. Service level and warranties

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination your right to use the service ends; you may export your saved scripts beforehand, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost business, lost data or lost goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of generated scripts, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

10. General

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised version. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
