30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — monthly or annual. You can also try the product first: every account starts with a 2-day free trial that includes up to 10 generated scripts, with no card charged until the trial converts.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or email us at info@gladmash.com and we will arrange it with Paddle for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time using the manage-subscription link on your Paddle receipt or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Paddle's refund policy also applies to all orders.
